The Academy of Art and Diplomacy is a flagship initiative of the Alliance Centre, which fosters a new generation of leaders in the cultural sphere.

In 2025 the Academy started to enrol candidates for the Impresario in Performing Arts programme – an in-depth training course for those who aspire to create their own stage projects and shape the current cultural agenda. You will undergo a true transformation: from a spectator to a creator, from an observer to a participant in the process.
